Materials commonly used are thermoplastic resins such as PP, PE, ABS, PA, PC, POM, PS, but also special and innovative plastics such as PSU, Ryton PPS, PVDF, SOLEF 1008, Santoprene, TPV, Zytel.

COMPONENTI GROUP   also has intensive experience in developing products to meet food grade (NSF, MOCA) and electrical (UL) standards, as well as recycling directives.

Through careful material research we have successfully substituted many parts traditionally manufactured in more expensive materials (like aluminium, zamak, steel) with lower cost plastic materials.
