Componenti Vending S.p.A. was founded in 1990 by the Cavalleri family, thanks to a know-how gained over twenty years in the production of automatic vending machines, with the aim of developing and producing a new range of components for the vending market.

In 2001, in order to expand its supply capacity in response to an increasingly dynamic and demanding market, COMPONENTI acquired Plastimat S.p.A., a company specialising since 1969 in the development and manufacture of injection moulds and in the moulding of plastic details.

In 2007, expanding the company’s industrial resources, a new production unit was set up in China, Component Vending Manufacturing (Suzhou) Co., to serve the Asian markets and meet the requirements of large-scale production.

In 2008 the R&D department was developed and enhanced thanks to the acquisition of CM Technologies S.r.l., a leading-edge design company with a long history of successes and with patents registered in various industries, including vending.

By combining the know-how and professionalism of these three business units, the COMPONENTI group has become a leader in the design and manufacture of plastic and electro-mechanical components for the sector of automatic dispensing of drinks and food (vending) and for the automation industries.
